"Soon you will have forgotten the world, and soon the world will have forgotten you." Marcus Aurelius
I've been flipping through and skimming a just shy of 400 pages history textbook and that's what I've taken from it. Actually it's not so bad. It's a study help guide so it's mostly full of little bits of the most important eras, people, places, etc. from Mesopotamia to the founding of America. The problem is I need to find information from three different chapters as a basis for an essay paper...we've only covered the first two chapters...so I need to go through the whole book by monday...*grumble*
When striving for greatness they don't write about all the muck you'll have to slog through.
